Who Is Eligible?

The discount is available to all clients who receive an Australian government pension, including holders of a valid Pensioner Concession Card.

We may ask you to provide evidence of your pensioner status before the discount is applied.

How the Discount Works

The 10% discount is applied to the professional legal fees charged by Excel Legal for your matter.

The discount does not apply to disbursements or third-party expenses, including:

​

• Government registration and lodgement fees;

• Searches and certificates;

• PEXA fees; and

• Stamp duty.

 

Any applicable discount will be clearly shown in your costs agreement or fee estimate.
